These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of mjlaw.group(the “Site”), which is operated by MJ Law Group, PLLC(“MJ Law Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Attorney advertising
The Site constitutes attorney advertising under the rules of the Supreme Court of Florida and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. It is intended to provide general information about MJ Law Group and the services we offer. It is not, and should not be construed as, legal advice on any specific matter, nor as a solicitation for representation in jurisdictions where MJ Law Group is not admitted or authorized to practice.
No legal advice
The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and no reader should act or refrain from acting on the basis of information on the Site without seeking legal advice from a licensed attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction. Legal outcomes depend on facts and circumstances that vary from case to case; nothing on the Site is intended to predict the outcome of any specific matter.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the Site, submitting the contact form, or communicating with us by email does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and MJ Law Group. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after MJ Law Group has completed a conflicts check, agreed in writing to represent you, and executed an engagement letter. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have confirmed representation.
Past results
Any references on the Site to prior representations, matters, or outcomes are provided for informational purposes only. Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Each case is different, and the applicable law and facts of your matter may differ materially from those in prior matters.
Jurisdiction and admissions
MJ Law Group is a Florida professional limited liability company. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in the jurisdictions listed on their individual attorney pages. Military law matters are handled nationwide and worldwide pursuant to federal practice authority (10 U.S.C. § 1044 and related provisions). Nothing on the Site is intended to constitute the practice of law in any jurisdiction where an MJ Law Group attorney is not admitted or otherwise authorized to practice.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout, is the property of MJ Law Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. All other use, including republication, redistribution, or commercial use, requires our prior written permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites for the reader’s convenience. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
